Open-type tube furnace with resistance wire as heating element adopts double-shell structure, intelligent temperature control system, phase trigger and SCR control. Furnace chamber uses polycrystalline alumina fiber and the double Inter-shell equipped with air-cooled system can do fast heating and cooling. Within 20 minutes, its temperature can be up to 1000°C and the furnace cover can be opened to reduce the temperature immediately. The furnace has the advantages of the balanced temperature, the low superficial temperature, the fast rate of temperature increasing and decreasing to meet the experimental requirements of shock-heating and shock-chilling as well as energy saving.
